Come and debate the question of whether the stages of development of an entrepreneur can be modelled. What scenarios are available to plan and assess the various types of impact (economic, innovation, employment, tax, sociological) that entrepreneurs and their projects have on their environment? Will the 21st century be the century of entrepreneurs?
